The Nachalat Carmel project covers the construction of a building comprised of 7 apartment units designed for short-term rentals.

it sits on a lot of approximately 336 square meters, and the construction area covers 1,262 square meters in total. The building will rise to 3 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground. It is to be completed in Q2 - 2024.

The building will contain robotic parking and will have large storage rooms available for purchase. Parking spaces may be rented out on a retail basis as well.

Currently, we are searching for either one buyer to come in and purchase the whole project for 60 Million NIS, or perhaps to a group that would want us to manage and be the property management team for short-term rentals and revenue stream opportunities on a turn-key basis.
